Centralising the risk information in its sheet
Henceforth, you can attach up to 10 documents to your risk sheets: procedures, incident reports, audit returns, minutes of meetings and more.
1. Accessing risk :
From the burger menu
select page 
2. Attach a document
To attach your document (up to 10), use the icon
situated in two places on the Risk Monitoring page.
ArengiBox allows you to attach documents in dozens of different formats (from classic ones to more...exotic versions: pdf, ppt, xls, doc, png, tiff, zip, tar, 7z...) and of a maximum size of 20 Mb.
Once attached, the name of the document appears in the Attached Documents rubric and you only need to click on the name to have all of the information!
Note: All users having access to the Risk Monitoring page will be able to see the attached information.
