1. Settings from the Actions Plans page.

The notification setting is enabled on the Action Plans page, accessible directly from the Hamburger menu.

You have the option of creating a notification for one or more actions in an action plan by using the  icon.

Then choose in the pop-in message the actions and type of information that you would want to be notified for: 

The various criteria can be stacked amongst themselves. 

You also have the option of setting a notification for a particular action by using the icon situated using the button at the end of the line in each action summary table.

      2. Settings from the Action page. 

The notification function is also accessible directly from the Action table, with the aid of the icon . 

Note 1: To deactivate notifications, simply click on the link,, below the pop-in.

Note 2: A user may activate or deactivate solely notification that concern them. They cannot set the notifications of another user’s account.
