Managing transverse actions with several risks!

You have the option of linking an action to several risks within the same risk map but also between different risk maps. The only constraint in this case: the risk maps must be attached to the same framework. 

This function is available on the Action Plans and Actions pages through the following icon  : 

1. Action Plans page 

The action plans page is accessible through the hamburger menu :

By clicking on the icon, the pop-in appears :

You may then select the risk maps and the risks attached and link them to the existing action you wish. Hence, it will also be included in the risk monitoring you linked it to. 

2. Actions Page

The actions page is accessible from the hamburger menu .

Just like the Action Plans page, by clicking on the icon, a pop-in will appear and will allow you to link an action to risks of the same risk map (or another one).

There you go, thanks to this function, your transversal ranged actions that impact several risks are easily manageable as they are locatable, since the risks linked to the action will hence appear on both the dashboard of the actions page as well as the the action page.
