Facilitating arbitration whilst your assessment workshop.

The assessment page, key to animating your assessment workshops, allows you to show the average of the individual assessments (namely pre-assessments). If necessary this function can allow you to facilitate debates and reach a consensus on risk positioning. 

From the hamburger menu go to the Assessment tab.

The individual assessments (pre-assessments) are displayed by default, forming a cloud of points on the matrix. The toolbox menu allows you to display the average of these assessments. On the matrix, the average will be represented by a chip with the symbol .

In case of strong appreciation divergency, the average will allow for good foundations for discussion in order to align various point of views. From then, its your animator talent that does the rest.
