Following the evolution of your risk maps

Have you always dreamed of traveling through time? It’s possible now through your risk mapping project!

  1. Travel through time - Episode 1 : The risk

Following the evolution of risk sheets

During the validation of our risk map, ArengiBox saves all information registered into the 7 text boxes (description, scenario, potential causes..). In year N+1, you may consult the content of risk maps validated in the year N, N-1, …

Head to the Risk Monitoring page, accessible from the Hamburger menu.

Displayed by default is the registered information in the Risk monitoring sheet.

Thanks to the clock icon, you may access the history of this information.

With one click, a pop-in appear with an unfolding menu on the right containing different dates of validation of the risk map : you now only have to select the one of your choice to display the content of a risk sheet at that date. There you go.

2. Travel through time - Episode 2 : Assessment matrixes

Following the evolution of the assessment of your risks

ArengiBox also keeps memory of the assessment of your risk maps when they have been validated.

You may visualise this through the history of two pages:

2.1 Assessment history: Assessment page

From the Hamburger menu of your risk mapping project, go to the assessment page:

For every risk, there is the option of displaying previous assessments from the Toolbox and the History function (clock icon).

Activate the History display from previous validations. There will appear two chips N-1 and N-2… corresponding to previous validated risk assessments. If you wish so, you may display these assessment solely within a certain given period of time.

2.2 Assessment history: Finalisation page

From the Hamburger menu of the risk map, access the Finalisation page.

By default these are pending assessments of your risks that are displayed. From the unfolding menu you have the option of displaying previously validated assessments, or in other words your risk map from last year or even an older one. And zip! Back to the future.

The entire ArengiBox wishes you a wonderful voyage!
