Capitalising on your work from one risk map to another

Hear, hear! Administrators of two or more risk maps in full risk transfer! You now have the option of duplicating (the equivalent of copying and pasting) or transferring a risk (the equivalent of cutting and pasting) from one analysis to another.

This function is available on the Risk Registry and Risk Monitoring pages.

It is represented by a double arrow icon :

Once is not enough, ArengiBox’s teams have thought about everything, because you now have the freedom of selecting the relevant data to a risk you wish to copy or transfer. Hence, you may choose:

  • Information descriptive of the risk (sheet)

  • The assessment of the risk

  • The action plan

  • The risk monitoring indicators

  • The risk mitigation (to control activities)

  • Events linked to the risk

Two notes :

  • the ‘copied’ risk in a new risk map is a new risk, completely independent from its parent risk.

  • if you opt for the transfer instead, the risk will be archived during the validation of the risk map it is issued from.

Copy/paste and cut/paste, you have the tools to play for time!
