Prioritising risk
The ArengiBox system offers a risk assessment in three steps:
Pre-Assessment, Assessment, Finalisation. The first two are optional, the third is mandatory for the sake of your risk mapping project.
Assessing your risk from the Finalisation page.
The finalisation page is available from the hamburger menu on the left of your screen.
To assess your risk, use the slide-and-drop, and position your risk labels directly on the matrixes in the boxes corresponding to your assessment.
The table on the right of your screen offers a summary view of the risk registry by notably recalling the scenario.
Attention! You must assess the risks on the criticality matrix (impact and frequency crossing) and the prioritisation matrix (criticality and improvement margin crossing). To go from one matrix to another, you simply click on its name .
Once the risks are assessed, you only need to validate your risk map.
The validation of your risk map allows you to fix in time your assessments before you begin monitoring your risks. The date of validation and assessments are reported on the Dashboard and are saved in the system.
2. The assessment of optional risks
Pre-Assessment
Available from the hamburger menu, the Pre-Assessment function allows you to promptly solicit an infinite number of internal or external stakeholders of the organisation, and ask them to individually assess the entirety or part of the risks of the risk map.
This function is also present on the ArengiBox Risk Starter subscription.
Note - When you validate the risk map, the pre-assessments are automatically deleted.
Assessment
Available from the hamburger menu, the Assessment function allows you to assess every risk one by one (one matrix per risk), by using the slide-and-drop as usual.
If you conducted a pre-assessment campaign, the vote of stakeholders will be displayed in the matrixes.
