Efficiently monitoring your action plans 

ArengiBox is equipped with a visualisation tool of action planning in order to facilitate your project management. 

This function is available on different pages of the system:

• Action Plans page from the risk mapping page.  

• Actions pages from the risk mapping page. 

• Actions tab in Administration/Dashboard or Consolidation. 

It is accessible on all these pages thanks to the calendar icon

Then choose in the column Select the actions you wish to see on your diagram et don’t forget to validate. 

You may then visualise, through a diagram, your action planning as well as their status. 

By moving your mouse over every line of action, the main monitoring information will show as an info-bubble.

At last, to facilitate your monitoring, it is also possible to print, export a PDF, a JPEG on your diagram. Isn’t life beautiful?
